Legal Education and Training

• Develop and deliver training programs for legal professionals and private practitioners

• Design and implement continuing legal education (CLE) curricula to enhance the knowledge and skills of lawyers in areas such as criminal law, commercial law, human rights, and dispute resolution

• Collaborate with local law schools and universities to strengthen the quality and relevance of legal education, including the introduction of clinical legal education programs

 

Institutional Strengthening

• Advise agencies, the judiciary, and other legal institutions on the development and implementation of institutional reforms to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability

• Provide technical assistance and capacity-building support to establish or enhance the functions of key legal institutions

• Facilitate the creation of specialized legal units or departments within private agencies to address priority areas, such as anti-corruption, investment facilitation, or environmental protection
